I am not surprised Iran seeks to get more enriched uranium. Although they claim it is for civilian purposes, the IAEA was not allowed to analyze all of nuclear facilities. Iran wants to possess a nuclear weapon to gain political clout in the region. Once they have a deliverable nuclear weapon the west will be deterred from attacking their country. This in itself is reason for them to pursue nuclear weaponry.
