There were 8,920,688 shares represented at the meeting and all items of business were approved as proposed. Shareholders authorized the election of all nominated Board members, appointed KPMG LLP as the auditor and approved the Company’s amended and restated stock option plan. The board is now composed of James McKenzie, Brian MacEachen, Stephen Stares, Dr. Jaroslav Dostal and Jos De Smedt.
